Zeolite is a naturally occurring volcanic mineral with a microscopic cage-like crystal structure. Heavy metals and impurities fit inside the cages, get locked there, and are simply rinsed away, from your skin, your hair, or your food. We use only micronised, activated zeolite. The most studied form.
Yes. Clinoptilolite zeolite is on the EU and US lists of substances generally recognised as safe (GRAS) for human use, including topical cosmetics and dietary supplements. We patch-test every batch and source from EU-certified suppliers.
Every ZEO product is formulated in Croatia and produced in EU-certified manufacturing facilities. We ship across the UAE so your order arrives in 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 14:00 GST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Most addresses in the UAE receive the parcel within 1–3 business days. Some remote postal codes may take up to 5 business days.
Yes, delivery is free across the UAE for orders above AED 200. For orders below AED 200, a flat AED 25 fee is added at checkout.
Yes. Unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (cosmetics regulation). If a product is faulty or arrived damaged, contact us immediately for a refund or replacement.
No. ZEO is cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of development or production, and our EU-certified manufacturing partners follow the same policy.
Our formulations are designed for sensitive skin: fragrance-free, no harsh sulphates, no parabens, no synthetic dyes. That said, everyone's skin is different. If you have a known allergy, please review the ingredient list and patch-test before regular use.
Our topical products (skin, hair, and body care) are formulated to be safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We always recommend consulting your doctor before adding any new product to your routine.
Once we confirm your order, we email you the delivery details. Expected delivery is 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) across the UAE. You can also check your order status anytime on the Track your order page or in your account.
Not yet. We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only. International shipping is on our roadmap. Subscribe to our newsletter for launch updates.
