Promotions & Giveaway Terms and Conditions

This promotion ("Promotion") is organized by BALUMA VENTURES F.Z.E, trading as "ZEO" ("Promoter," "we," "us"), licensed by the Free Zones Authority of Ajman under trade license number 55541, registered office at Office B.C. 1308278, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

The name, start and end date/time (Gulf Standard Time), and hosting platform of each Promotion are stated in that Promotion's own announcement (for example, the Instagram or Facebook post that launches it). Those details, together with these standing Terms, govern the Promotion.

3.1 The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the United Arab Emirates, unless stated otherwise for a specific Promotion.

3.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of BALUMA VENTURES F.Z.E and its business partners are not eligible to participate.

3.3 By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria above and agree to these Terms.

The entry method for each Promotion is stated in that Promotion's announcement — for example: follow @zeobeauty on Instagram, like the Promotion post, and tag friends in the comments.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless stated otherwise. Entries that do not follow the stated method, or that are incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted after the Promotion end date, will not be considered.

No purchase is required to enter or win this Promotion. Entry is free of charge (other than the participant's own standard data/internet costs). This Promotion is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance requiring payment to enter.

• Prize: the prize for each Promotion is described in that Promotion's announcement.
• Number of winners: as stated in the Promotion's announcement.
• Prizes are provided in-kind (products/vouchers) and are not exchangeable for cash or any other prize, unless we state otherwise in writing.
• Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed within the period stated when the winner is notified, and in any event within a reasonable time (see Section 8).

7.1 Winner(s) will be selected by ZEO using the method stated in the Promotion's announcement (for example, at random from all eligible entries) within a reasonable time after the Promotion end date.

7.2 Winner(s) will be notified via Instagram direct message or email using the contact details provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within the period stated in the notification (or, if none is stated, within 7 days), we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7.3 By accepting a prize, the winner consents to ZEO publicly announcing their name/social media handle in connection with the Promotion, unless the winner requests otherwise. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data collected through this Promotion.

If a prize is not claimed within the stated period, or if a winner is found ineligible, ZEO reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative eligible entrant or to withdraw the prize.

This Promotion is run by BALUMA VENTURES F.Z.E and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform used to host it. Participants release the relevant platform from any liability in connection with the Promotion.

10.1 ZEO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time, including if it is unable to run as planned due to technical failure, fraud, or any cause beyond our reasonable control, without liability beyond returning entries to their pre-Promotion state where feasible.

10.2 ZEO reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms, engages in fraudulent entry methods, or behaves inappropriately.

10.3 Winners are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to the prize in their jurisdiction, if any.

Any personal data collected through this Promotion (e.g., name, social media handle, contact details, delivery address for prize fulfilment) is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and used only for administering the Promotion and delivering the prize, unless you separately opt in to marketing communications.

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Ajman, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
